Ordering the Keys using this website

After watching the Introduction to the Keys you may wish to start viewing the Keys. This page explains how you can go about ordering the Keys on-line.

(A) I am already a Keys Borrower

If you have already opened a Keys account on this website simply click here. You will need to enter your email address and password. Not all Resource Media accounts have been transferred so you may still need to use option (B)

(B) I have a Personal Access Number (PAN)

If you have previously applied for a Personal Access Number (PAN) but don't yet have a Keys ordering account on this website, you need to open the account via the Keys website. On the Keys website...

1. Select the "Log in" option

2. After logging in select "Order the Keys materials"

3. Click on the "Order" button under 'Ordering the Keys videos'

4. Your PAN will be automatically transferred (no need to remember it) and you can open a Keys ordering account and start ordering the Keys. Click here to proceed to the Keys website.

(C) I don't have a Personal Access Number

If you haven't applied for a Personal Access Number (PAN) you need to obtain a PAN on the Keys website, then open a local Keys account .

1. On the Keys website, select the "Getting Started" option and fill in the form to apply for a PAN.

2. After completing your PAN application, select "Order the Keys materials" and continue with steps 2, 3 and 4 as above.

(D) I am still confused
